The plan will help us to protect the things we love about West Saltdean.
It will:
- Give us more influence over what is built here in the future and how it looks
- Help protect our open green spaces from development.
- Ensure that more of the money that developers have to contribute to the community (Community Infrastructure Levy) is spent in West Saltdean. 15% without a plan, 25% without.
